You agree to upload only images that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and analyze. You must not upload images that:

• Infringe on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
• Contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer.
• Promote discrimination, hatred, or violence against any group or individual.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the images you upload. MetaView Analyzer does not claim ownership of any content you submit.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MetaView Analyzer and its licensors.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an 'as is' basis. MetaView Analyzer makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties.

The AI analysis results are for informational purposes only and should not be considered definitive. MetaView Analyzer is not responsible for any actions taken based on the analysis provided.

6. Changes to Terms

MetaView Analyzer reserves the right to revise these Terms of Use at any time without notice. By using this App, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.
